envia TEL GmbH is one of the leading regional telecommunications service providers and network operators for business customers in central Germany and is a driving force behind the gigabit communication of the future. The company has a high-speed network based on its own fiber-optic infrastructure which already covers ten percent of Germany’s surface area, thus enabling companies to access fast internet and the opportunities offered by digitization.
The objective of the envia TEL project was to promote fiber-optic products for commercial customers in Central Germany and thus spur the digital acquisition of new customers. The particular challenge faced in this undertaking was the fragmented and constantly changing sales area due to new expansion measures as well as the complete absence of a digital presence of the products prior to the project.

The fiberglass products from envia TEL are now available online for the first time thanks to our web portal and can now be purchased digitally by commercial customers – and enormous benefit when it comes to acquiring new customers. Our brand new availability check allows customers to find out on their own whether their company’s location is ready for envia TEL’s digital highway – another important step for the optimal placement of products and inform interested parties quickly and comprehensively.
The high-profile placement of the fiber optic products is further supplemented by a social media platform including community management that is specifically tailored to the appropriate target groups.
