Circuit is Unify’s cloud-based Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solution. It merges all tools required by individual companies for efficient collaboration amongst employees, with customers and with partners. The solution is provided via a clean interface and is compatible with a wide range of devices. The challenge was to identify sales-relevant contacts for the purpose of offering trials for this product.

We established “Circuit by Unify – provided by Telekom” as a unique brand. We accomplished this by establishing an additional digital distribution channel for Circuit with our web portal and we presented the product with a completely new choice of words and a new meta story. This was, of course, preceded by a comprehensive communication strategy as well as finding a new direction in terms of telling the story. The awareness-boosting measures were rounded off by a unique blog, the creation of extensive content for Circuit, as well as managing social media & community platforms.
This resulted in numerous sales potentials as well as actual customer orders. Our trial promotion raised awareness for the Circuit product as well as the brand which enabled the company to further expand its market position.
